Required skills For II level THD Level:
- Specific competence on ipbx tecnnology.
- Know-how of troubleshooting techniques even on IMS network and interconnection to PSTN network.
- Know-how of troubleshooting on networking LAN Deep knowledge of Cisco, Huawei, Fortinet and Aethra CPEs, including Vodafone Station and Box-4G.
- Deep knowledge of Vodafone internal tools Knowledge of Telecom Internal tool used to verify the status ok link; Knowledge of Vodafone internal processes.
- Knowledge of routing protocol ( static route, BGP, EIGRP,…).
- Knowledge of advanced routing level II Knowledge of SSH protocol to access CPE.
- Deep knowledge of access networks and technologies Deep knowledge of Telecom Italia wholesale
- technologies and processes Management of advanced systems as sip trunk a/o voice gateway QoS policies Manage security VPN issue Manage of DNS a/o mailserver.
- Written and spoken English.
Required skills For II Level Senior THD Senior:
- Oltre a quanto previsto per il II Level THD si richiede esperienza nella gestione di clientela Corporate All above mentioned skills, plus Corporate Customers Management experience.
Salary / Retribuzione
II Level THD: up to 1000 euro per month net Salary – fino a 1000 euro mensili al netto di oneri previdenziali e contributivi.
II Level Senior THD: up to 1200 euro per month net Salary - fino a 1200 euro mensili al netto di oneri previdenziali e contributivi.
Location: Catania – Misterbianco.
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno.
Stipendio: da €1.000,00 a €1.200,00 /mese.
